A gel based enzyme that digests the surface cells of the stratum corneum. With a delightful minty aroma and a slight sizzling sensation, Mint Papaya Enzyme may be used on all skin types unless sensitive or allergic to fruit extracts. Giving skin a smooth, polished look and feel, this enzyme softens skin cells and comedones for easier extractions and eases the appearance of swelling and redness.

Cleanse skin thoroughly with Rosemary Herbal Cleanser or appropriate cleanser. Rinse well and pat skin dry. Remove a small amount of Mint Papaya Enzyme from container and brush on face and neck. Steam skin or wrap face in a hot compress. Remove enzyme with tepid water and gauze sponges in ten minutes. Extractions may be done at this time. A finishing mask may be applied to skin and/or you can end treatment with nutritional support and sun-block. May be used as a pre-treat for microdermabrasion or other acid peels, and is compatible with Vitamin A+ Peptide Peel. Once enzyme is removed, skin may have a pink glow, this is normal. If skin does show signs of irritation, apply a thin layer of Calming Skin Gel and go over skin with Ice Globes. NOTE - May be used on all skin types, unless sensitive or allergic to fruit extracts. Client may experience a mild stinging sensation and may see some residual flaking.
