Airless Twist Pump Walkthrough
At RA Skin Care, we are dedicated

Due to the nature of the these highly specialized, delicate formulas, many of our products require protection from air and external contaminates. We have chosen the twist-up airless packaging to provide this level of protection. The design of this packaging allows instant access to the product inside with a simple twist and click, to both open and close the bottle.
The pumps are strong and will remove nearly 100% of the contents of the bottle. We encourage you to re-twist/close the pump after each use. This will prevent air and other contaminates from degrading the product.
Many pieces of this bottle are recyclable too! Simply untwist the pump from the inner and outer plastic tubes and toss the tubes into your recycling can. The pump is not recyclable and may be discarded into your trash.
How to Prime Your Bottle
Using our twist-up airless packaging for the first time? Here is our three-step process to get the product moving:
STEP 1 – Gently twist counter-clockwise with one hand on the pump and the other on the body, until you hear it click. DO NOT twist further.
STEP 2 – Prime the bottle – slowly pump the dispenser – keep in mind, you may need to turn the bottle is upside-down. It may take up to 20 pumps before it the product begins to dispense.
STEP 3 – Once the product dispenses, twist the bottle clockwise to close, until you hear it click.
TIP
Occasionally when opening the product (twisting it counter-clockwise) the pump and the inner tube may twist together. If this happens, tighten it back, clockwise until you hear it click. Then reopen.
