Medical sales takes a specialized skill set and confidence to relate and provide value to physicians and medical offices. For almost three decades our products have been sold in dermatology, plastic surgeon and medical spa offices. We offer three key brands targeted specifically for medical professionals including our Minus 10 Medical Peel, Rosacea Rescue and Skin Rehab retail brands.

Each of these brands provides a solution to a need commonly seen in the medical aesthetic industry. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in medical aesthetics and/or previous B2B medical sales experience.

Medical Sales Executive Responsibilities

As a Medical Sales Executive you will be responsible for providing quality prospecting and consultative services to help increase sales and create brand awareness focused on dermatologists, plastic surgeons and medical spas.

Candidates will have the ability to create a strong lead list of qualified prospects and should have a proven track record of sales achievements, combined with a strong work ethic to open new business. Candidates will have an ability to develop and execute key strategies, strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, high-energy and a passion for the medical aesthetic industry.

Medical Sales Executive Onboarding

Onboarding process will include training on the brands, the philosophy and how the formulations impact the skin. Focus on the proper terminology, return on investment and results each brand delivers. This will include a combination of video-based module training, workbooks support, group and one-on-one trainings. Learning how to utilize the CRM system and business procedures. Self-motivation is a must to continue mastering brands.

This position is an independent contractor role with the opportunities for significant monetary growth and professional advancement.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have previous sales experience - skin care/aesthetic industry experience not required
  • Have an attention to detail
  • Have a desire to work with a team
  • Be comfortable working on a computer and phone to accomplish most daily tasks
  • Have an understanding of Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have an understanding of working with Apple computers – including Keynote
  • Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice
  • Ability to travel
