For almost three decades education has been at the foundation of our company’s success and we are looking to expand our team at our offices in Denver/Littleton, Colorado.

Educational Sales Consultant Responsibilities

Candidates must have a strong background in consultative sales, dedication to learn and master the brand, ability to identify target markets and be driven to succeed. Educational Sales Consultants have a natural ability to take complex subject matter and break it down to their audience, teaching our partners how to use, recommend and sell products, adding value to each interaction.

Candidates are required to have an ability to learn the various brands and products quickly and effectively, as well as presenting in different settings including web-based, classroom, onsite, trade shows, events and more.

Responsibilities include providing quality prospecting and consultative services to help increase sales and create brand awareness. Working with existing partners and increasing growth through education and promotion support. Ability to develop and execute key strategies, strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, high-energy, a passion for the aesthetic industry and ability to travel.

Educational Sales Consultant Onboarding

Onboarding process will include training on the brand, the philosophy, and how the formulations impact the skin. This will include a combination of video-based module training, workbook support, group and one-on-one trainings. Learning how to utilize the CRM system and business procedures. Self-motivation is a must to continue mastering the brand.

This position is a salary plus bonus structure, with the opportunities for monetary growth and professional advancement.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have previous sales and educating experience - skin care/aesthetic industry experience not required
  • Have an attention to detail
  • Have a desire to work with a team
  • Ability to quickly learn and master the working science and ingredient knowledge of a range of products
  • Ability to learn and master the RA Technique when performing hands-on trainings
  • Be comfortable working on a computer and phone to accomplish most daily tasks
  • Have an understanding of Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Have an understanding of working with Apple computers – including Keynote
  • Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice
