Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
As a brand ambassador you will be responsible for providing quality prospecting and consultative services to help increase sales and create brand awareness. Candidates will have the ability to create a strong lead list of qualified prospects and should have a proven track record of sales achievements, combined with a strong work ethic to open new business.
Candidates will have an ability to develop and execute key strategies, strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, high-energy and a passion for the aesthetic industry and ability to travel.
Brand Ambassador Onboarding
Our onboarding process will include training on the brand, the philosophy and how the formulations impact the skin. This will include a combination of video-based module training, workbooks support, group and one-on-one trainings. Learning how to utilize the CRM system and business procedures. Self-motivation is a must to continue mastering brand.
This position is a salary plus bonus structure with the opportunities for significant monetary growth and professional advancement.
Successful candidates will:
- Have previous sales experience - skin care/aesthetic industry experience not required
- Have an attention to detail
- Have a desire to work with a team
- Be comfortable working on a computer and phone to accomplish most daily tasks
- Have an understanding of Microsoft Office – including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have an understanding of working with Apple computers – including Keynote
- Show an ability to adapt to change, sometimes with short notice
